phone interview with hiring manager, in person assessment center, expected to get feedback within a week as this was what they communicated. took over 3 weeks. really bad communication which ruined the experience (aka no communication at all). had a case study to prepare however was not easy as you could hear other candidates give presentations in the neighbour room, you could hear hr + hiring manager talk about it, lights went constantly off, HR said they are in the room next door if help was required which was not the case, as i checked 3 times. received a calculator that did not work which made it impossible to come up with good data. my suggestion - bring your own calculator just in case.

Recruitment team contacted me over the phone for a phone interview then they arranged a screening interview with the process manager the week after. Interview was very basic consisting of inteiduction and situational questions

Interview
This interview format was a telephone call first to understand your background and motivations for applying. The second stage was a case study of a generic business problem - in my case on new product introduction and how to plan for it. You have 1 hour to work on case study and deliver back to the panel and complete a Q&A.
