The first round is made of 4 recorded questions in which you have to answer in 3 minutes (you have 1 minute to prepare the questions). The second step is an interview with a Manager of a Mars' brand and then the final round is a case study.

Very lengthy and in depth interview process. The interviewers were not friendly and made me feel quite uncomfortable and I also spoke to other applicants and they also shared this experience too. Disappointing considering one of their values in mutuality. We were also heavily encouraged to try their pet food.
