Fue entrevista en linea con pregunta pre-grabadas, el cual debías mantener tu cámara encendida y vestirte formal. Contaba con 5 preguntas orales, 2 preguntas escritas, 2 preguntas de opción múltiple, y un juego para determinar tus capacidades

Porque crees que tus competencias son idóneas para trabajar con nosotros?
Interviewer are not polite, looking mirror to check hairstyle while u are answering the question and keep pressure and disagree your opinion during whole interview until you are agree with his statement.
De sollicitatieprocedure bestaat uit het insturen van je cv en motivatiebrief, gevolgd door een telefonisch gesprek met de recruiter, een persoonlijk gesprek met de manager en vervolgens het ontvangen van een aanbod.

Interview
The first round was a 30-minute video call interview, which was more of an HR screening session. The HR representative mainly wanted to get to know you better and understand your background beyond what’s written on your resume.

Most of the questions were based on the resume, so it’s important to be clear about what you’ve written. They may ask about the challenges you faced or the key takeaways from your past experiences. Additionally, they asked why I chose Mars for my internship.
