Interview
So long process. There are a lot of stages and you feel yourself like will be a General Manager, but of course not.. For instances: you will make a presentation, give you 20minutes to prepare and explain it just have 10minutes.
1) Call avec la RH pour échange sur les motivations / compétences
2) Call avec le manageur direct pour approfondir et voir si le feeling match
3) Entretien avec étude de cas pour valider opérationnellement les compétences
4) Offre ou non
