Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. I first got an email to complete a Hirevue interview which had basic behavioral based interview questions and asking why I would like to be a part of Mars. Then I later got a virtual interview where they asked behavioral based questions and asked me about situations where I worked in projects and any roles as a leader

Question 1
What is your greatest strength and weakness? Why are you interested in manufacturing?
For this internship, I was a part of the MAKE program and it was the first year they were running it! For the interview, I had one 45-minute interview with a panel of three people. It was a simple behavioral interview and I got the job even though I didn’t have any manufacturing experience!
