I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mars in Mar 2025
Interview
I had a first call with HR where he barely asked me questions and explained to me the interview process. The second one was with the CTO of the company, he asked questions about my experience, projects and my way of working. After that I haven't received any more feedback, I tried to contact but never got any response. I assume they simply ghosted me. Very unprofessional. I was really interested in joining the company and I consider myself a good fit for the role.
the interview was amazing, very serious but interesting to learn about the team and how they are overcoming tight regulations to ensure optimal service. on a thing that cas another this cthat
