Marsh Associate interview questions

A phone and then 2 in person interviews. The people that I spoke to were very nice and open about the company. At times I felt I was asking more questions about the company than they were about me. Would have been a nice place to work; however, I received a better offer elsewhere.

Very transparent and open in providing all the information. Showed clear career path and answered in detail about the role of new joiners. Interview was formal and detailed, they were eager to listen and question were based from your answers. Overall very enriching experience but require lot of patience to survive those long interviews.
