Interview
Contacted by a friendly and professional recruiter who was very detailed about the position opening. I was scheduled for an initial phone interview, followed by a zoom interview. I was sent a link to complete an aptitude test that included personality, reasoning, and what appeared to be IQ related questions. There was another phone call, then another zoom interview followed by a job specific technical and knowledge test. I then had a couple of more phone calls and conversations followed by a verbal offer. The written offer came a few days later. The whole process took about 30 days. I had several opportunities to ask questions and felt very comfortable with the people and company the farther along I got in the process. It did not feel robotic like some interviews that I had completed in the past. It was a great experience and I'm happy to be a part of this great company!

The interview is standard like most insurance agencies. However, MMA is looking for people with tenure more than anything else. If you have less than 5 years of experience in the insurance industry you are wasting your time unfortunately. This was communicated to me by a current "Team-Leader" from MMA.

Lengthy. Lots of days passed without hearing anything back. HR representative did not know much about the position and seemed to have just as many questions about the position as I did.
