Don't waiste your time here.
I did the first stage interview with HR. The interviewer was very friendly, but she went in every tiny details of my CV.
She spent a lot of time on my very first experience (15 years ago) and I couldn't even talk about my most recent, yet much more relevant, onces.
I didn't appreciate her personal questions, such as where I was born and if my parents worked in finance. I felt discriminated at this point.
Finally, the feedback they gave to the recruiter was a bit weird and very far from all the feedbacks I had before.
Overall, I did tons of interviews in my life, this one was the most unfair ever, but I feel relieved because I don't think I would be happy in this kind of company. Free breakfasts and coffees can be found somewhere else.
