It was a group interview which was much to my surprise but there were little to no questions about who we were or where we had worked. But I guess this is understandable since I came in as a seasonal worker during the winter and they were honestly just looking for more help with the high traffic that comes at that particular time of the year for retail stores. After the season was over many of my seasonal co-workers where let go and I retained my position because they admired my great customer service and willingness to work.

Phone interview (30 min max.), then proceeded to second in-person interview at applied location. Decent interviews, but found that they valued people who wouldn't realize that they favor older staff who won't try to change anything internally (even obvious cleaning/safety standards/time expectations).
