easy, straight to the point interview. Did not ask too many questions, may ask interviewee what they know about the store and what it sells. Not too hard at all.
There were two interviews. One was a group interview with about 4-5 other people and the second interview was a one on one interview with the hiring manager. I got a call the same day of the first interview to set up the second interview.

Interview
First I went to a fair job in my city, I talked with the recruiter, and then the recruiter scheduled a second interview in one of the stores. In the store, they asked me some questions, mostly about my previous experience, in which I focused on customer service, such as how to handle tight deadlines, how to provide excellent customer service, a situation where I get good feedback from a customer and how I took it and more... They ask for your availability, and salary expectations, and tell a little more about the company. Do not forget to ask some questions when they say to you. And the process took for me a couple days to receive answer.
