I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marshalls (Wilmington, NC) in Apr 2013
Interview
One of the assistant managers interviewed me, it was a simple and quick process. Non-intimidating. We talked about my previous work experience and discussed some information about the Marshall's/ TJX Company. We had also discussed the job duties and what was expected of the employees, along with the hours I would be working if hired.
Interview process was straight forward and easy, she did not ask that many questions. I answered all of them and was offered the job on the spot. We had 4 hours of paid training before starting my first official shift
Was given the first interview and felt good about it then went to another one and the manager there is very uninterested in the applicants. Started to ask me what role I wanted as if I had a choice and I said whatever is fine and she looked unhappy with that answer
Easy and it was very quick. It was in person and it last for fifteen minutes the interview. It was only one interview process to get hired for the job.
