The interview experience for the Analog IC Design Engineer role was both insightful and engaging. The panel of interviewers displayed a profound understanding of the field and skillfully navigated through a range of technical questions and practical scenarios. The interview commenced with a comprehensive discussion about my background, experience, and motivations for pursuing a role in analog IC design. This initial interaction allowed me to establish a comfortable rapport with the interviewers and set a positive tone for the conversation. The technical segment of the interview was a true test of my knowledge and problem-solving abilities. The interviewers posed intricate questions related to circuit design, transistor-level design considerations, noise analysis, and frequency response. I appreciated the depth of their inquiries, which not only challenged my expertise but also showcased the team's dedication to selecting candidates who possess a strong grasp of the subject matter. One notable aspect of the interview was the emphasis on practical application. The interviewers presented real-world design scenarios and requested that I outline my approach to tackling these challenges. This highlighted the importance of not only theoretical knowledge but also the ability to translate it into effective solutions within the context of the role

I interviewed at Marvell Technology (Santa Clara, CA)
Interview
Positive, interview went on for almost an hour.
I had prior experience related to the field I applied, since this was an intern position interview was focused on basics. Got a very positive feedback and assurance for selecting to second round, but they rejected me after ghosting for 3+ weeks
