Phone Interview:
The person who interviewed me on the phone was very smart. His questions were well balanced and highly technical, including very basic and very advanced questions. I was very very impressed by the phone interview. I did it very well.
Onsite Interview:
The technical interview went very well. I thought I did my best so far. Except few questions, I aced in all the questions and many interviewers were very impressed and hoped that they would see me again. Last interview was with the manager, who told me that he is very relaxed with his employees. I aced all his questions, he did not have any questions which I did not answer. Between questions, the manager would stare at me for no reason, I thought he is trying to evaluate or something. He could not pitch a question which was difficult to me, like many interviewers there were moments of silence. Anyway at the end I thought all the technical interviews went very well.
The Hr interview was very confusing. Most of the time, the Hr was more worried about why I was leaving my current employer. My current employer is a strong competitor of marvell :). So, the Hr was already opinionated about me. To me they appeared very unprofessional.
After waiting for a month, and no decision from Marvell, I called Hr inquiring about the interview. The Hr was very rude in response, and the response was no decision. Then I realized what everyone suggested to me before, Marvell does not have a good working atmosphere.
