Interview
The team appeared to be quite biased, which left a negative impression on me. While the questions themselves were relatively easy, I did not particularly appreciate the team culture or the way the interview was structured.
There seemed to be an underlying sense of favoritism or preconceived notions, which made the process feel less objective. Additionally, the structure of the interview lacked coherence and organization, making it seem either rushed or not thoughtfully designed. This, in turn, made it difficult to engage in a meaningful discussion or showcase my skills effectively.
Beyond the technical aspects, the overall team culture did not resonate with me. Whether it was their communication style, level of professionalism, or approach to evaluating candidates, something about the environment felt misaligned with what I would expect from a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marvell Technology (Santa Clara, CA) in Jul 2023

2 step process, one with a team member and another one with the manager
They were really nice, but some questions were difficult to answer
Overall a good experience, everyone in the team were great
I was contacted by a recruiter quickly and set up interview quite fast. However, the communication afterwards took long which was a downside. Overall, this process was an average experience.
