Really well-organized and professional. The first round was by two potential colleagues. Second round with CIO. then 3rd round as a panel interview style. Very poignant and challenging questions on all topics related to technology, leadership, diversity, and strategy. Great team over at MGB under a world-class CIO leader. The pride in the organization is palpable and shows throughout the interview process.
