Interview
I applied online, and this is required for all Massage Envy Locations. I received a phone call from the manager who hired me in a week. She seemed pleasant over the phone and we scheduled an interview for the following week. We talked on the phone, sort of like a phone interview but not formal. For the actual one on one interview it was her and I, she talked the whole time and didn't ask me more than 3 questions. She wasn't taking notes, or recording anything I said. She then asked me to come back for a second interview to meet the owner of the clinic. On my second interview, it was just like the first one, he talked for the majority of the time, and when he wasn't talking, she was. I wasn't asked hardly any questions at all. Then I was excused from the office and given a tour by a current employee, who I had not been formally introduced to. After my tour, which consisted of how to clean the bathrooms, I was ushered back into the office and offered the job. I accepted the job offer and then left the clinic.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Kennesaw, GA) in Jul 2022
Interview
It was a phone screening and one in person interview. The staff was up front, courteous of my time, and personable. Management asked fairly basic questions about my experiences and how I might handle a conflict. Pay was less than I was hoping without clearly communication on how their commission structure and bonuses would work for part time.
