I applied online. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Woodland Hills, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
2 parts; verbal interview and practical audition.
first the verbal interview addressed topics of experience, styles and general personality questions.
If you pasted this stage, you would do a practical session with the manager to assess your massage technique and customer care quality.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Massage Envy
Interview
There is not much to their interview process. They screen you via a phone call the you interview in person. After the interview person interview you do a practical and receive an offer.
Pretty good. Friendly. I had several questions and they were answered honestly. The office manager was nice. The clinical manager was friendly. There was a phone a phone call interview. Then there was an in person interview scheduled. Then there are 2 or 3 massages I had to give (on manager & other staff). All in all- ok.
It was a fast interview process and training was straight forward easy to understand. Pay wasn’t very competitive. The interviewer was nice. Other than that I had no issue with the process and I found it was easy and straightforward.
