Interview
You apply online, and they send you a confirmation email. Then they review it and call you regarding your application and ask to schedule a Phone interview. Once you go through that and they actually like you, they schedule you am infernos interview and send you a script and an online personality survey. Then you go in for the interview, submit a background check and get a call back.

Interview
Once I submit my application on their website, I got a call within a day for a phone interview. They ask you if this is a good time and if you were able to talk for about fifteen to twenty minutes. Then they ask you the typical phone interview questions, What are your strengths and weaknesses, what will you contribute to our company, etc. etc. Then if they like you, they schedule you to come in for an in person interview then or the day after, but if not they usually just leave it with the phone interview. (I've had 3 friends apply here and one never got a call back after the first interview, and the other two were told to come in on the phone like I did, or the day after). Then they ask for an email to send you a script to memorize and recite during your in person interview. When you come in, you fill out the formal application, give them your resume (even though it has already been submitted online) and your availability. Then they have you go into a massage room with a manager to get a private interview, normal questions again... I would just suggest looking up typical questions to be prepared. Then you recite the wellness script that they sent you at the front desk to someone (usually another GES) while the manager watches. Then you pretty much get told to fill out acceptance letters while you're there and they call you back within 2 weeks (or however long your background check takes) to come in for new hire paper work.
