Mastercard Associate Account Manager interview questions

I was in Amsterdam during the interview process and they invited me to their Istanbul office for the final round with saying that they will cover 150EUR of my travel expenses. It’s been 3 months since the final interview and despite emailing back and forth dozens of times, I still haven’t been reimbursed. What kind of expense policy is this? I am utterly dissapointed about handling this process by Mastercard and strongly advice future candidates not to expect any reimbursement at least 3 months and make their budget planning according to that.
