No room for Diversity
I applied on line and was called from HR in New York,after a quick chat with them about my background I was informed about a following f2f interview.
I interwied in Miami office first with a manager and the second stage was with a potential colleague (peer): D.V.; she asked me where I was from and due to the fact that I was not coming from Sout American (I am european bilingual in spanish and english)I was told that I would not be able to work for LATAM Market, plus I had a previous experience in one of their competitor so she spent all the time asking the reason why I was not applying to that company instead of Mastercard.
Since the beginning they were not interested in my background, when they asked me the reason why I choose Mastercard I explained my motivation and what I really liked (not anymore) about the company I was told That was impressing the amount of information I collected from Internet about the company!!!
2 rounds, expedited - 1st round with the team on culture / team fit, and 2nd case-study round where a presentation and Q&A is required. Pretty straightforward questions and nothing too technical.

Offer or no offer
Very poor interview process, no system and the candidate onboarding process seems to be designed in such a way that it will take an eternity and no one to take or receive calls it such a bad situation for a candidate that after doing all this process he/she need to go for other companies to have a better life
