I was interviewed by 2 different teams, a local one and one from the headquarters.
Once I completed the first 2 phone interviews, there was a group panel interview that was used to gauge your skills level and whether or not you are a good fit for the company.
There was also a screening by the HR department at some point. I had referrals from within the company so it went pretty well.
Three stage process, screening call with HR. Then meeting with a couple of members from the team, including the person I would be directly reporting into. Final stage is a meeting with the head of the department.
The interview consited of an initial screening including backgound knowledge on sales plus a case study with a mockup sales pitch in which a imaginary lead has to be convinced of the product
