I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard (Casablanca, Greater Casablanca) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview was quite different from a traditional one. Instead of speaking with a live interviewer, I had to respond to pre-recorded questions displayed on the screen while recording myself answering. It felt unusual not to have real-time interaction, but it allowed me to take a moment to structure my responses carefully. This format required clear and concise communication, making it an interesting experience compared to typical face-to-face or video call interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first question was: **"In your last work experience, can you talk about a problem you managed to solve and how?"**
The last two questions were case-based, requiring me to analyze and respond to specific scenarios.
An online asynchronous video interview, with a mix of Korean and English behavioural and mini-case questions. Afterwards, an online synchronous interview asking clarifying questions about your resume, and case-style questions (not a formal case-interview).

Interview
I did a video interview at the end of October and I was supposed to receive an answer within 10 days. I received the rejection in February, despite all the attempts in texting the recruiter.
