I went through two rounds of interviews for a role at Mastercard. The conversations themselves were professional and straightforward, and I appreciated the chance to connect with the interviewers. However, after the second round, there was very little communication or follow-up, which left the process feeling somewhat unclear. Overall, the interviews were fine, but I would have liked more transparency and updates about next steps

First HR interview was fine, good and clear. HR said I would have an update by the end of the week. Sent reminder next week to ask for update. Ghosted without any response.
