Interview
The recruiter sent an email at 5 pm, asking me to come for an interview the next day (I am currently employed, and she knew that, so this was a bit of a problem but I was able to make it work). During the interview, she mostly asked questions about my current company structure, less about my actual work and contributions. She explained that the job would offer no training and development, and they just needed someone who could execute well. Later on, she then said that they had already identified preferred candidates, but were opening up to explore more. So basically, they just wasted my time. The cost of that? Priceless.
