Interview process started with the worst way possible I think. Their interview scheduling team first asked for my availability and then repeatedly ignored my reply and kept scheduling the interview for the timeslots that I am not available. After declining several times I had to ask them if they received my mail. Without even apologizing, they rescheduled the interview (luckily correct timeslot), but this time they started sending cancellations on the day the interview was scheduled for! Again with no explanation or apologies. They cancelled and rescheduled my interview for 5 times which was completely disrespectful and ridiculous. I had to ask them to check with their people first before sending the invite to me as I cannot change my own schedule in the last minute. Unlike Mastercard, we have stuff to do. When I finally attended the interview it was shortest and weirdest interview ever. They asked me two or three questions, not even the proper interview format. They were like "we'll reach out to you next week and have a full hour interview" which they didn't. And it took them almost three months to decline and send me the outcome. Interview process tells you a lot about the competency level of an organization.
