There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.

Asked me to write a prototype for a simple algorithm in any programming language
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MathWorks in Feb 2010
Interview
Mathworks had their first virtual career fair. I asked the person available online to review my resume and in a minute he relied back saying I qualify for the position and I should get a phone call soon. However, they did not schedule my interview. After couple of emails to the guys I was scheduled for a phone screen as they put it. But, in the phone screen I was asked the same questions that my resume had already answered like my graduation date, how soon I will be able to join after graduation. It lasted for less than 10 minutes. At the end of the call I was told that I should hear from the HR guys in a week or two else I can assume that it is a reject. I never heard back from them. I was very happy after the unprofessional behavior of the interviewer given that I never had a technical interview. I mailed them about it but never received a reply.
1) HR interview : discussion about candidate profile (studies, former experiences, hobbies and expectations) and presentation of the company. 2) Technical interview: questions about MATLAB and control design automation. Choose among 3 topic : Maths/Deployment/Control Automation 3) manager interview
