2 Phone screens followed by 1 day interview (6 hours). The first round is a presentation round. Do what you do as best. The interview panel is very nice. They make you feel comfortable before they jump into deep dive discussions. Emphasize on what you did in your experiences and not what everyone did.

Three phone interviews, with an expectation of presenting a three hour presentation on my last technical project, with OKRs and KPIs as well as a work history. Human Resources was kind, open, and easy to communicate with, technical leaders were in varying levels of friendly versus judgmental and condescending.

Went through multiple round of phone interviews and went through an elaborate process of preparing the presentation as per the liking of hiring manager but on the day of face to face interview they sent me back with after I reached onsite saying I was not an idea match for the role.
