Outreach from HR department, interview stage 1 went well, just go over CV. HR advised of next steps. 6 weeks later still no reply or info, HR not answering emails, application status still showing under consideration. At most reply to an email, it doesn't take that long, unless you require CEO approval to respond to an email.
