Met with the Center Director to talk about myself and what I can bring to the position, very friendly and casual conversation. The current Assistant Director later came in and listened in to my interview but didn't really ask any questions. After the interview, you take math tests (I took Algebra and Pre-Calc) with 80-100 questions per packet which you don't have to finish in one sitting. I was pretty confident with my skills since I had studied the night before on Calculus and advanced subjects but became flustered when I found very basic math questions on the packets and didn't remember how to do them which really made me feel stupid and unintelligent. Overall, it was a pretty lax interview with stress mainly on the assessment tests you have to take. STUDY every math subject before you go in.
