Interview
They first had me take the math test (which only covers material up to Algebra 1), and afterward, they asked me a few general questions about my interest in tutoring and math. Overall not a very tasking interview (unless you have trouble with the math test).

Easy middle school to high school level math questions. Gave you an hour for questions that took less than 30 minutes in total. Graded lightly as well so very hard to do bad on.

very easy interview, asked about experience and availability. The interview is also super quick and they try to know what level of math you know up to. Also need to take an employment test that has questions from elementary to beginning of high school. Need to pass this test in order to be employed.

Interview
You get asked behavioral questions, and then you will take a math test on topics from elementary to high school math. The test is not very hard and is mostly a review of classes you took before high school.
