I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mathnasium (Lindon, UT) in Nov 2012
Interview
You were tested on your math ability and interaction and ability to teach. They sat you down and asked you about yourself then some basic mental math questions. If you passed the initial interview they had you sit down and take a 1-2 hour math test (and if you know your stuff shouldn't take more than 45 minutes) If you pass the math test with flying colors and can talk normally you should get the job.

Interview
very easy interview, asked about experience and availability. The interview is also super quick and they try to know what level of math you know up to. Also need to take an employment test that has questions from elementary to beginning of high school. Need to pass this test in order to be employed.

You get asked behavioral questions, and then you will take a math test on topics from elementary to high school math. The test is not very hard and is mostly a review of classes you took before high school.
Submitted resume online and had an interview call with the owner of the place. Asked questions about why you want to work here and if you have prior tutoring or teaching experience. Then took a math test to see your aptitute and skills.
