I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mathnasium (Baton Rouge, LA) in May 2015
Interview
The process was not very difficult. I send my resume and cover letter to the center director and was called in to take a Math Exam. The exam takes about two hours and it covers Algebra and some Geometry Topics. If you score high enough on the exam you get called to do an interview where you basically have a conversation about where you are from, your tutoring background, and your interest in math and experience working with children. After the conversation you go out and work with kids in the instructional hour setting, and if they like the way you tutor, they bring you back in and offer you a job.
Interview questions [1]
