Interview
I put in an application. Was called back a week later l. Went in to tan to the manger and was hired on the spot. I started training a couple days later which consisted of the duties we perform and the schedule.
It was one interview in the back of the store. It was pretty informal and quick. Basic questions about comfortability with working in fast paced scenarios, customer service, etc. It went well and I accepted the job.

Interview
It was quick and easy, however we were having the interview outside on a bench and the sun was in our eyes most of the time, they seemed quite distracted and in a hurry to get the interview over, despite having made an appointment several weeks in advance.
