I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Maximus (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2024
Interview
It was very easy. We simply met on Zoom and spoke about training dates and potential schedules. I have nothing to add beyond saying that they told us alot about the company and what we'd be doing
I applied online. I interviewed at Maximus (London, KY) in Aug 2024
Interview
Had to do zoom meeting then pick my schedule. Then go through an onboarding process where I did a background check and ultimately didn’t get the job. Due to my criminal record I had to attend a hearing to explain myself and charges. It was a terrible experience.
I was invited to a schedule offer presentation. Talk a little bit about your current role (including the scope and perhaps one big accomplishment), then give some background as to how you got there and experience you have that’s relevant.
