Pretty fair and simple. A couple common sense questions and a little role play. Do not overthink and the more prepared and professional the better. If you are hired through a staffing agency, be prepared to deal with their expectations as well as the company's personal expectations.

Easy. Simple. Prepare for interview with sample questions and practice answers for a CSR at Maximus. Be yourself and provide personable answers rather than some that you’ve copied from someone else online.

Tell me about a time I handled a difficult customer and what I did to change the customers presentation on the company.
Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
