On-campus interview went well and received an email for a second round interview. However they never followed up with me and kept me waiting until I eventually reached out. They told me they overestimated the number of positions available...

Question 1
Explain a time where you had to make a difficult decision.
Couple rounds.
Took a long time in between rounds.
Never reached back out after presumably the last round
First round was with a recruiter and second was with 2 managers, who I would have be working with directly
Application Submission- > 1st inerview (via online) -> 2nd interview (face to face) -> evaluation-> final notice, It was normal process and they were kind and shows respect to every candidates.

Can you share some of your biggest strengths and areas for improvement?
Very light and relaxed. Felt like a conversation! Be ready to ask as many questions as you are asked to keep the conversation going. Also, there were two rounds for my position.
