Very helpful recruitment service. Had to complete a 30 min online scenario test and a psychometric test before was accepted for an interview. The interview was very relaxed and the staff were honest and open to answering any questions I had. You have to score 40 or above (out of 70) to be offered a position and each question is roughly 4 marks. The interview was supposed to last around one hour and they offered me a coffee and water, it was very easy going but professional at the same time.

Multiple level of interview process with written and verbal portions. You are going to analyze scenarios and answer questions either on video recording or written. There are also prioritization type of questions on the online assessment.
