It was a general meet and greet with HR. They gave an overview of the job position, the training schedule, what was expected during training and how it would be on the floor. They could not guarantee employment beyond a certain length of time, but advised of the type of work and attitude that shows if someone wants to be at this location beyond a temporary status.

Easy. Simple. Prepare for interview with sample questions and practice answers for a CSR at Maximus. Be yourself and provide personable answers rather than some that you’ve copied from someone else online.

Tell me about a time I handled a difficult customer and what I did to change the customers presentation on the company.
Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
