The interview process was easy. I went through a temp agency and it was a standard interview process. A lot of paperwork and training once hired on. Did not interview with any upper management at Maximus.

Interview
A test is taken to see about your English skills and Excel skills. Once that is done, they ask what position you would be looking for and from that they see what positions best suit you. Once that is done they let you know what date you need to be at the company to start. They go through different agencies to find new employees. It was a contract job.

The interview process was fine, and without stress. Just basic questions, nothing to serious. It was easy. I was interviewed by 2 people, both were very nice, and very personal. Really liked Matt he was a great supervisor.
