The process was really relaxed and it was fairly easy. There were two interviewers and they were really respectful. Be ready to show your skills as on the spot call script must be read.

Tell me about a time I handled a difficult customer and what I did to change the customers presentation on the company.
Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
