About 30 minutes on the phone very easy. Was provided with an offer letter. Was provided with onboarding documents and I9 verification and given a start date. Start date 3 weeks ok.

Tell me about a time I handled a difficult customer and what I did to change the customers presentation on the company.
Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
