I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Maximus (Reston, VA) in Apr 2019
Interview
I had a series of three back-to-back interviews over the course of an hour or so. The first one eased me into the process, having a manager-level person introduce me to the company and the job duties — I didn't do much talking. The next two were very standard one-on-one interviews for entry-level positions, nothing crazy or out of the ordinary was asked. I wouldn't complain other than the fact that I was left sitting in the interview room for 30ish minutes after being told that the next interviewer would be there in 5 minutes. Apparently, the interviewer forgot to show up until I finally got up and awkwardly had to ask someone where my interviewer was.

I applied online. I interviewed at Maximus (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2024
Interview
Relatively straightforward process. First round interview was with a recruiter, second was with the hiring manager. Took no longer than 2-3 weeks in total to complete. Offer was extended shortly after second round interview. Given 1 week to decide.
Recruiter requested interview time. Basic questions. I then had another interview with a hiring manager. It was cordial experience. From what I understood, there was plenty of work to do
