Pretty long process, but everyone was extremely nice, willing to answer questions I had, and I felt welcomed. I knew the culture and team would be one I would want to be a part of based on how I was treated in the interviews. I had 1 initial interview with a current analyst and 1 3-hour long interview with 3 individuals from senior to vice president level staff. Behavioral interviews.
