Interview
An email, follow up email, and phone interview. My interviewer was pleasant and great to talk with. She asked about relevant CSR and social services jobs in my past. In all, I would say we spoke for close to 30 mi uses, after she went over pay and benefits, start date, and the particulars.

Easy. Simple. Prepare for interview with sample questions and practice answers for a CSR at Maximus. Be yourself and provide personable answers rather than some that you’ve copied from someone else online.

Tell me about a time I handled a difficult customer and what I did to change the customers presentation on the company.
Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
