Panel interview with five interviewers. One set of questions written and all panelists were able to ask additional questions based on my responses. Tough questions had been prepared and the follow up questions were also probing. I felt they were digging for something in my experience that they couldn't articulate, however they were hopeful to find it in my responses. Next steps were to have a phone interview with an out of state hiring manager and to have two additional one-on-one interviews with senior management in person. This isn't indicative of the interviews I participated in while in MAXIMUS employ.
