I saw the review posted Mar 16 and actually had to think whether I wrote it. I had exactly the same awful experience.
Red flag #1:
There was an on-campus interview, consisting entirely of typical behavioral questions. Then I went for interviews at their Reston office. There were three interviews, consisting almost entirely of typical behavioral questions. Mind you, I was interviewing for a software engineering position. Only one person asked me anything remotely technical - a couple of very easy questions about what object-oriented programming is. Hiring for a technical position by asking behavioral questions should give you a hint about what kind of technical position it is.
Red flag #2:
You could tell right away what kind of dreary, corporate environment this company has and what kind of corporate drones work there. There are business analysts who do their business analysis. One of them was gracious enough to tell me, "Oh we couldn't do anything without developers!". I wonder who gets paid more. There are developers who do what the business analysts tell them to do according to their business analysis. One of the developers I spoke with mumbled something about "giving suggestions to the business analysts if your idea is good". The developers sit in small, poorly-lit cubicles. The ones I met had a dull, blank look in their eyes. That was when they actually looked at you. One who interviewed me spent most of the time looking at emails on his smartphone.
Red flag #3:
Like the reviewer from Mar 16, I never heard from this company again. Their "director of corporate recruiting" said to expect a decision within ten days. That was four months ago, and no decision. Their "director of corporate recruiting" said the travel reimbursement process would take about a month. That was four months ago, and no reimbursement. This "director of corporate recruiting" doesn't answer emails or return calls. I don't know who the other reviewer is, but I know of at least three other candidates who interviewed the same day as me and haven't heard back or been reimbursed for travel. If this company can't even send a copy-and-paste rejection email and can't even process a reimbursement form, just imagine the sort of HR people and managers you'll be dealing with if you're unlucky enough to receive an offer.
There are red flags everywhere about this company (see all the reviews here). Avoid it if you have a choice.
