I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McCarthy Building in Jul 2008
Interview
Very thurough company, they know what they are looking for and how to find it. If you claim you did something on your resume you better be able to speak to those experiences in the interview. Consisted of 2 interviews (1st was a group interview w/ 3-4 people, 2nd was a 1 on 1 ).

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at McCarthy Building (Kansas City, MO)
Interview
Interviewed with the Hr specialist first. Generally it’s get to know you interview and after I interviewed with the project manager and project director for the job I was going to be on. Both meetings were virtual and hour long roughly but more of knowing who you are so brushing up on your talking and people skills.
Long and thorough. Interviewed with multiple employees. It wasn’t daunting by any means but they want to ensure you are the right fit for the company. They treated our interview group extremely well.
I interviewed at McCarthy Building (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Interviews after campus career fair. After interview there was a long process involving 3rd party testing that seemed unnecessary. The interview itself was good. Recruiters were friendly and wanted me to do well.
