I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at McCarthy Building (Roseville, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Casual and comfortable. Met with rep at career fair and got in contact with him later to schedule an interview at their Roseville, CA office. Met with him and one of the VPs. More conversational, getting to know me and my experiences. They have you answer questionnaires and online surveys. Great at making you feel respected/comfortable. I haev a good impression.

Interview
Interviewed with the Hr specialist first. Generally it’s get to know you interview and after I interviewed with the project manager and project director for the job I was going to be on. Both meetings were virtual and hour long roughly but more of knowing who you are so brushing up on your talking and people skills.
Long and thorough. Interviewed with multiple employees. It wasn’t daunting by any means but they want to ensure you are the right fit for the company. They treated our interview group extremely well.

Interview
Interviews after campus career fair. After interview there was a long process involving 3rd party testing that seemed unnecessary. The interview itself was good. Recruiters were friendly and wanted me to do well.
