      Human Relations Interview

I interviewed at McCormick & Company

      Interview

The interview process included an initial phone screen followed by an in-person interview with a recruitment coordinator, followed by the hiring manager, peers of the hiring manager and the Vice President of the department. The questions were behavioral-based and focused on my prior experience that might be relevant to the role for which I was applying. The interviewers were all very open to providing me with details about the position and answering any questions I had.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I wouldn't say any of the questions were unexpected or difficult. The purpose of the questions were to determine if I had the skills and qualifications to succeed in the role for which I was applying.
